Deep Tissue Therapy

Have a Registered Massage Therapist work out your knots with trigger point therapy. This is a very effective way to acheive pain relief. The therapist uses a variety of techniques to release the trigger points that are causing your referral pain and localized pain so you can get back to feeling like yourself.

Swedish Massage (Relaxation)

Get a 60 minute Swedish Relaxation Massage which promotes circulation and relaxation! Add essential oils to this treatment to engage the senses and rejuvinate your body.

Alexis Bowen, Owner Registered Massage Therapist

I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2009 and am the owner of Dundas Massage Therapy. My specialty is a combination of deep tissue & trigger point therapy mixed with circulatory techniques that relax the muscle and rid them of knots while leaving you feeling both relaxed and refreshed and most importantly, with minimal post massage pain.
I generally work with clients who have stiffness and pain from:
– computer work
– factory work / repititive work
– Excessive driving
– Sports injuries
– Increased stress from their job or life
I also have 5+ years experience working with Veterans Affairs Canada clients, helping them effectively decrease their pain with regular Massage Therapy treatments.
 
I help them improve their mobility and ability to perform regular tasks in their day to day life.
